About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Zeta, you will support the recruitment and hiring processes for various roles across the company. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, helping to coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition operations, candidate research, and process improvement in a fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain candidate pipeline trackers for organized, up-to-date records of potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, onsite, virtual), ensuring timely communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Collect and verify candidate documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Scout social media platforms and other channels to research and identify suitable candidates.
- Map candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
- Maintain the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Generate reports and provide data insights to support recruitment decisions.
- Recommend process improvements for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with team members during the recruitment process and support various TA projects and initiatives.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Available for a full-time internship of 3-6 months and able to join immediately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail for document handling and data management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Jira) is a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
